Living in perfect harmony with ought to.

Grey was the colour I would do.

Deaf to the sounds that I should be hearing.

Numb to the beats I should be feeling.

Blind to the lights my eyes needed seeing.

One dimensional living.

Masquerade thinking.

Shot gun come blazing.

Many forms they came for the awakening.

One by one my layers they were pealing.

Nonsensical pain needed for the birthing.

She was ripped open for me.

Beautiful brutal blood flows so I see.

See ….I do, new eyes, new vision.

Hear ….I do, my symphony, I listen.

Feel ….I do, my body no longer in prison.

Many would say it was cruel…

But my rebirth was beautiful.

They way he feels about her, makes her feel….

Naked and floating in the air..
She has a long continuous soft silk ribbon draping from her curly hair….

And wrapped around each leg…
Between her legs…
Around her hips…
Her stomach and back..
Her breast,
Her neck,
Her lips,
Softly, musically wrapped and constantly moving around her body as though it was being pulled away but wrapping her up again.

It feels soft,
tingly, giving her goose pimples from head to toe.

She doesn’t know what it is about him but he doesn’t even have to touch her to make her feel like this,

The thought of his soul just gets her going…

If you have never been brought up to really know love, then how do you know what it feels like outside of worries, insecurities and fear?

Most of us live in constant fear and uncertainty. Always expecting the worst, attracting the worst and in turn driving our actions from this place. It’s just a downward spiral of hurt and disappointments.
Then we blame others for not loving us as we loved them. But we never really stop to think how we love. Was it pure?

For as long as I can remember, my life has been in that constant state of fear and uncertainty but I never thought about it until recently.

We all want that love we see in movies etc. but what does it mean? What is love?

True love need all three main components between 2 people.

Passion (initial attraction, the wanting, the needing, the I can’t stop thinking about you).

Intimacy (emotionally, mentally and physically connecting and building trust and feeling safe)

Commitment (marriage or social contract, wanting to continue to make it work despite adversities).

Without all three above you’ll have issues in any relationship. True love is limitless.

The famous wise king Solomon once said, that “many waters cannot quench love” True love is like a flame. All the monsoon rains, hurricanes, and floods cannot put out the flame of love.

The words are so very simple but so pure and so good. Nothing bad comes from love.

Love is patient.
love is kind.
It does not envy.
It does not boast.
It is not proud.
It does not dishonour others.
It is not self-seeking.
It is not easily angered.
It keeps no record of wrongs.
Love rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
*1 Corinthians 13:4-8

I am fully understanding of what it means now and note that if you cannot apply all of the above to yourself, then how can you understand it in order to recognise it or live it?

It’s easy to say I love me but to feel all the pure and good that comes from love and apply it to yourself is another story.

The question is are you prepared to love?

I’ve come a long way in life and I am ready to live love.
