Slap bang goes the Jaffa Gates.
The humble pink rose sits patiently and waits.
She knew that crossing the line would result in enrapture.
But a willing choice as she wants to swim the Dead Sea to a new chapter.
One where daffodils lay naked under the sun’s golden eye.
And where giant redwoods are not afraid to touch the blue sky.
Patience she is told is the key to salvation.
If waiting behind closed gates releases this incarceration.
Then her acquiescence to captivity shall be her carriage to freedom.
